Kennemer Special Products is part of the Kennemer Group based in Schagen. The company operates an extensive range of machinery for the fabrication of stainless steel products, assembled sheet metal products and small steel structures. The company also fabricates fire prevention en fire knock-out products. Kennemer Special Products has above all acquired considerable experience in the serial implementation of production processes. Products can be provided with or without additional treatment such as hot-dip galvanising or epoxy coating. Amongst the customers for these special products are the oil and gas industry, yacht builders and the mechanical engineering sector.

Kiljan is one of the oldest businesses ever to be set up in Den Helder. The welding and construction company was established at the start of the nineteenth century as a blacksmith. Throughout the course of the years the horses have been replaced by modern machines, and the forge by a modern welding and construction workshop. In 1999 the company was taken over by the Jongejans family, who in 2004 opened a modern and new premises on the Kooypunt industrial park. Kiljan specialises in the manufacture of small steel structures for various industrial sectors, including commercial and industrial buildings, ship construction and the gas and oil industry. Steel repair work is also carried out. In addition to steel, aluminium and stainless steel is also processed.

Kossen Boten is active in the sale of outboard motors, rubber boats and RIBs in the water sport sector as well as the shipping and offshore industry. The company, which is based in Oudesluis, represents the outboard motor makes Yamaha and Mercury, as well as the Zodiac make of rubber boats, life rafts and rigid inflatable boats (RIBs). Offshore shipping companies in particular are regular customers for the rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) of Kossen Boten. A particular achievement is the fifteen-man fast rescue boat of the type FRB635 that was developed in partnership with Vroon Offshore Services (VOS). This fast rescue boat is powered by two 75 pk Yamaho motors and its construction and fittings meet the SOLAS requirements. All VOS standby boats now include such a fast rescue boat.
