PAS Publicaties is a press and publication agency specialised in international communications related to the maritime and offshore trades. It offers pertinent news as well as editorial, promotional and consultancy services. Currently serving some forty companies, it composes press releases, newsletters, advertisements, advertorials, brochures and company profiles, and also makes corporate designs. PAS Publicaties operates in close association with such local and national organisations as the Den Helder Harbour and Shipping Trade Association (HSV) and the Association of Dutch Suppliers in the Oil & Gas Industry (IRO).

PathFinder Energy Services is the Dutch subsidiary of PathFinder Energy Services based in Houston, USA. The company specialises in the delivery of innovative drilling technologies, including directional drilling and MWD/LWD. Very experienced teams, equipped with specialised directional drilling tools, carry out drilling projects worldwide. For these activities, more than 1,000 experts are deployed both onshore and offshore. The company also invests heavily in internal research and development. Peterson SBS Chemicals (formerly Succes Oil and Gasfield Services) is a subsidiary of the Peterson Offshore Group. On the Paleiskade in Den Helder the company has a new tank plant where empty tank containers can be filled safely and quickly with fuels and chemicals that are necessary for the oil and gas industry. This concerns, for example, Jet A-1 fuel, methanol, triethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and monoethylene glycol. What''s more, the company transports the certified tank containers necessary for this, as well as intelligent containers for the storage and transportation of hazardous goods.

Peterson SBS Den Helder is an affiliate of the Peterson Offshore Group, the leading service and supply partner to most major operators and drilling, construction and service contractors active on the Dutch Continental Shelf. In Den Helder on the Paleiskade, Peterson SBS Den Helder operates an ultramodern supply base called the Offshore Logistics and Service Centre. This base features dedicated berthing, onsite warehousing, open storage, a mud plant and offices. The firm is inventor of the vessel sharing concept and is specialised in Integrated Logistics Services, the management and co-ordination of logistics and materials, stevedoring, customs formalities, vessel agency, vessel chartering, transport, container and crane rental, and forwarding services. Pipelife is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of plastic pipe systems. The company provides a wide range of pipe systems for use in the industry, municipal infrastructure and house building sector. One of Pipeline’s special products is the Soluforce reinforced thermoplastic pipe. This is a high-pressure plastic pipe system for use in oil flow lines, gas transport and water injection. The Soluforce pipe system can be used for onshore projects as well as for offshore projects in shallow waters.

Pro Shipping was founded in 1978. Although the Den Helder-based company primarily focussed on the tourist sector in its early years, the situation changed when the Borndiep and Marsdiep were added to the fleet. These multifunctional workboats are suitable not only for deployment at sea, but thanks to their shallow draught also at the Wadden Sea and inland waters. Both ships have a large work deck and a low freeboard. As a result the Borndiep and Mardiep are eminently suitable for the offshore oil and gas industry, cable laying sector and windmill installation industry.
